Love this brand first, I have 4 other Zulu water bottles that I bought from Sam's Club. I bought this for my son for school, love the locking lid, the rubber base so it doesn't make noise on the table and the slim bottle fits perfectly into the water bottle slots in the backpack. Cons: A thin layer of bubble wrap was the only thing protecting this, it came in a bag, not even a box so it arrived crumpled. School had already started and my son took my water bottle because he dropped his and broke the cap. So now I don't have time to send it back and wait for a new one. Does the dent affect usage? No, but I will not pay for damaged goods either.
