I have personally recruited over 35 reps from peak during my tenure at other firms - most of them went through this same system before me. It makes hiring very transparent since all info is stored with one central place; as well there are many more features like phone alerts sent out when an position becomes available! There seems no way around having multiple screens open while you're monitoring your candidates' CV's/Resume files etc.; so keep everything organized using tabs within tab pages. Keep working towards streamlining & building new tools where they can be used by agents throughout their career! Great product overall if done correctly (ie proper training). I like that Peak has a lot of different functions and features on their website as well. The customer service is also great! It's very easy to use and navigate. The only thing I don't like about peak sales recruiting is that they can be costly. They are not inexpensive when you're just starting out with your recruitment efforts. So it's best to do some research before deciding whether this will benefit you or not. We have been able to effectively recruit candidates for our sales roles.
