The first one I ordered had a broken ear because they packed it in a slightly smaller box. Although I haven't had a chance to return it, the second one has already arrived. I solved this problem by rubbing it with a piece of brown paper bag to pick up the grease and smooth it out. Some of the color is rubbed off with a white sock, so it can stain light-colored clothing if you wear greasy ones. I carefully sanded the splinters off my legs so they wouldn't scratch my skin or stick to my clothes. I expect to keep this one unless the person I'm giving it to sees something I missed. If the first one hadn't broken I would have given it 5 stars. The second gets 3 stars for poor workmanship. 5 stars for the uncomplicated exchange
