It is difficult to insert the phone, it takes several attempts.
This phone holder does what it's supposed to and it stays in my vent which is great. If I leave the pop socket folded while it's in the holder, my phone won't rotate at all. Due to the design it takes me a few tries to get my phone into the holder; The pop socket needs to fit properly, and sometimes the holder folds back on itself so sometimes you have to hold it open to put your phone in. It also works great if you have the patience. :)
