First of all, the chair came in a large package and was very easy to assemble. Plan a maximum of 10-15 minutes. Nothing damaged, everything in top condition. The wheels work great, the chair rolls smoothly and the folding armrests are GREAT. The chair's mesh back doesn't give as much as we'd like, but it's not a bad thing. Not much to complain about. Unfortunately, the seat is incredibly hard. Very very thin lining. For the money spent I was a bit disappointed. In addition, the chair does not recline at all, which may or may not suit you. This is not a breach of contract. As for the thin seat padding, I just added a seat cushion and it's great. Now it's very comfortable and I like it. But that was only after I had to fix it. You didn't have to do this. If you don't have a seat cushion or something to put between your ass and the rock solid slab that this chair is, I WOULDN'T BUY IT. I gave it four stars because apart from this issue it's a very good chair. For the money and for me personally, adding a seat cushion wasn't difficult or uncomfortable.
