This device looks and feels good. However, after Apple released the iOS 13.1 update, many wireless chargers, including this one, no longer support 7.5W fast charging. It only charges iPhone with the standard 5W power (You can see in the picture the output power is only about 6.7W. With 7.5W wireless charging, the output power is about 10W). I contacted Raigen and they said Apple will release new updates to fix this issue. However, from what I've heard, 7.5W won't be supported in the future unless a wireless charger is Apple MFI certified, and a hardware upgrade is required to get that certification. Personally I would keep this charger anyway as it looks unique and classy on the market and I only use it in the office. So I don't care 5W or 7.5W charging. When I need to charge really fast, I use the PD option.
