This is a great blazer, looks good and fits well, and I have a bit of middle-aged spread. I'm 5' 11" (1.8 meters), weigh 200 pounds (91 kg) and ordered the XL size. This is one size larger than normal for me, but many reviewers recommend ordering one size up, so I did. Perhaps if I had a flat stomach, like the model in the photo, a size L might have done. But the XL works for me, I can even button the blazer
