This product is a bit big. I bought them the same size as the pants. I could go down a size. But since the strap is adjustable, I was able to adjust it and get the larger size to work. I like that the belt buckle can be changed, but the purpose of the flat belt for me is to be able to cover it without the shirt showing through. This belt does just that. A perfectly flat belt doesn't show through my shirts. I bought it in plain black thinking it would go with everything. I know other flat belts sell for a lot less, but the quality of this belt and its looks make it worth a look. I love the little zippered pocket which is good for travel. Well done. Ok it's been a long time and I have to edit my review, the strap keeps coming loose where you push it to adjust. I can walk and I will buckle up too. Don't waste your money hey
