Choose an ankle size, not a shoe size

If you need ankle compression, be sure to choose a size based on your ankle size and not your shoe size. In my case, I originally went for a medium size because I wear a size 10 men's shoe and while it offered enough compression for my feet, the ankle wasn't tight enough for me. The seller was very helpful and helpful and I ended up getting a size small that fit perfectly. The fabric is very thin, especially in the heel area, and I was afraid that they would tear easily, but I wear them every day, both everyday and for football, and they still hold up after several washes. I recommend wearing socks over them, especially if you're wearing them barefoot, to protect the thin fabric that starts to pucker in the white areas. The socks 1/4 cover them completely and they are thin enough not to affect the fit of my shoes.
