Amazfit Gtr2 for Wearable Technology

So after reading many reviews and admiring different smartwatch brands, I chose Amazfit GTR2. Some other brands look sexy and could be a bit more accurate and have some better apps but for the price and especially the battery life I think Amazfit is a great watch. I couldn't find another watch that came close. Of course, right after the purchase, the new Samsung watch came out, but according to reviews, it still only lasts 2 days on battery power. I don't use GPS every day, but I don't turn off anything and by wearing the watch all the time I have 5-6 days between charges. It has some pretty cool features, I use the flashlight widget a lot, the GPS works on par with my phones and syncs up quickly when I'm using it for cycling. There are some cool faces, of course you always want more or a different feature on certain faces. The temperature on some dials shows in Celsius when I choose Fahrenheit, but the temperature. that's right. He says 78°C isn't a big deal for me. I've worn it for sea and pool swims, although I wouldn't take it snorkeling, it seems fairly waterproof, the speaker still played well afterward. I've heard some people have had issues with this, but so far so good. Sleep tracking seems good and quite similar to my wife's Fitbit, as does step tracking and calorie burn. I've had various fitness trackers and they all give some amount of inaccurate results, but that seems pretty reasonable. I've uploaded music to it, but I don't plan on using the watch as a player, but it's a nice feature. I get vibrating alerts when I receive texts and calls, and can read messages (text only). The zepp app is quite simple but very functional and easy to use. I don't understand why some people have problems with it. I'm sure most other watches have proprietary apps they want you to use and everything seems to work the way it does now. Overall I like it very much and would recommend it. I'd like to have an American company run my business, but I think "Made in the USA" is a thing of the past in electronics.
