I have previously posted a negative review on this monitor. I'm old enough to admit I was wrong in this review and believe that another person who had a similar issue might have done the same. I could not fully read and understand the instructions. I assumed the USB-C on the right is for power since that's where the power button is. The instructions clearly state "does not support power supply". I want to apologize to the readers, Revane, but especially to Arzopa for the damage I may have caused. Many thanks to Revain for the quick replacement of the monitor. Thanks Arzopa for the recommendation and prompt reply to my email.
