Have been using it for a few weeks now and it has really helped my wrist.

I work at the computer all day and at 62 my wrist will start to hurt in a few hours. Even the bone at the outer corner of my arm aches from the pressure of the table. After talking to some other people with similar issues, I decided to give this mouse pad a try. I figured it would be a lot cheaper than continuing to ignore the problem and ending up seeking medical help. I was hopeful, if a little skeptical, but after two weeks my wrist no longer hurts, even after a full day's work. I should have bought one of these much sooner as I could have used quite a few ice and heat cycles in the evenings. YMMV but if you have similar problems I recommend this product. By the way, I have nothing to do with the company that makes this product.

Pros

Comfortable soft memory foam palm rest reduces fatigue and creates a tunnel for the wrist - Wrist padding doesn't come off easily thanks to the firmly attached palm rest, while soft, slow-rebound memory foam keeps the hand in a natural position for maximum ergonomic comfort for the office or at home for us, reducing pain and fatigue caused by long hours of repetitive motion and reducing or preventing carpal tunnel syndrome.
