The product description says "12" per box. I ordered two boxes which should have given me 24 total, but when I received my two boxes they only contained five bills, or 5 bars each, for a total of 10. When I called, the "Stacey" rep was very keen helped seeing that the description says 12 counts, and even noticed that I skipped 14 bars. She gave me a new order. Well, when I received the replacement order, AGAIN I received only two boxes with only five bars each, so 10 more; a total of 4 bars short. I stopped calling, essentially denying that this would ever be properly resolved. I see the list, it shows 12 STILL counts. This has to be fixed one way or another.
