I've been trying to fix zippers for an hour. Both zippers came loose on the first attempt to zip up. Finally, one of them put it back on and closed the entire perimeter, but the other side remained unzipped. I put tape on it to keep it closed but it doesn't stick to the fabric that well so I don't know how long this repair will take. I may try strong glue next. I gave three stars because it looks nice and is really warm. I've added an old sheet below for washing as I can't take the bed apart anymore because of the duct tape! Two of my cats usually snuggle up in it. I would have given five stars if it wasn't for the broken zipper. UPDATE: OK, as I mentioned, I tried to get by with some do-it-yourself zipper repairs - none of them worked and I immediately threw the box away so I can't return the bed. However, my cats really liked it because it fit two comfortably, so I ordered a second one, wondering what the chances are of getting another broken one? NOT CORRECT! The second had the zippers pulled back and the bottom zipper on one side wasn't sewn to the same length as the top zipper making it impossible to zip them together even if I managed to remove the banner and then rotate it back to. I kept the box this time so it's going back. It's really unfortunate because it's the perfect size and warmth for my cats, but it's not what I need if you can't zip up the top to make a little den for them. Beware! Try to assemble it before throwing away the box just in case it breaks.
