I have pink lemonade and it's too sour for a morning drink. It was hard to drink. However, this was not the main reason for the small number of stars. It didn't help me much. I didn't realize I had energy. I had never taken a stimulant before and this has helped me more than scorch. It also didn't work for appetite suppression like what I used to take. I ate according to plan (4 meals, 2 snacks) and didn't feel hungry in between, but in the heat I was as hungry as ever! Just my 2 cents. I think for such a price and even cheaper you can take something much better!
