the plastic buckle looks very cheap. Looks very cheap, not like the picture. I would spend $8 on this belt, that's it, not a whopping $30 if I can get a belt that doesn't break in 10 minutes for the same price (or less!). ****UPDATE* *** Against common sense I decided to use this belt for a week traveling across the country and my initial review was wrong. Now I LOVE this belt and the fact that after making a few minor adjustments you almost never have to resize it again unless you lose or gain weight. It stretches to fit any position without pinching or getting in the way. My pants don't gather around the belt or bunch up. Now the thing that worried me the most: the buckle. Not only does he seem strong, I don't even notice his presence. A complete and real surprise. I'm glad to change my previous rating from one star to a solid five stars.
