I was on a tight budget even though I knew I needed a different office chair. Although I had an expensive Aeron chair that was given to me, it just didn't offer the support I needed and the seat was too deep for my little 5ft 1in. Hiring a handyman to assemble it did add up to my expense a bit although I wanted to make sure it was done right for maximum safety. Some reviews mentioned issues with damaged packaging or mentioned missing parts - and I've had none of those issues. Others have said they found the arms too low, even though they're perfect for me. Again, maybe it's my short stature that makes this suitable and I really appreciate the feedback from others who have confirmed that it's ok if you're short. It's attractive, and in the one hour I've been using it (!), even though there was a big difference in cost, it's a big upgrade as it's an attractive and affordable price. I hope it continues to work as it does now, but for now - I would definitely recommend it.
