Pleasantly surprised! These goggles were well packaged, each in a separate plastic bag, and the kit includes: a soft carrying case, a microfiber cloth for cleaning, and a reversible key ring with a tiny screwdriver on one side and a Phillips screwdriver on the other for adjusting hinges. The 15mm nose bridge fits me perfectly (I usually have to buy low nose bridge or Asian fit glasses to keep the glasses from slipping off my nose). This set has enough to put a pair on my desk, bedside table, kitchen and living room with an extra for my backpack. While not as good as my Warby goggles, they are much better quality than the sets I've bought from TJ Maxx. Can't speak to the blue light aspect as I'm having trouble sleeping before bed regardless of the electronics, but anything that could potentially help is appreciated! Great price for decent reading glasses
