I am very happy with this product even though I suffered for a week from the junk called "S mode" that made my life hell. Pros: Very fast with the new version on Win 10, a compressed version that made it very, very fast. The sound is good, the mid-range webcam is slim and light as expected, and the average battery life is 5.30 to 6 hours depending on usage. Cons: S mode really sucks because you can never install your favorite or work apps. Its deactivation in the Microsoft Store has not worked for many years. It's a shame that Microsoft is letting so many people fall into this trap. Microsoft community forum is a good place with friendly people but none of their suggestions worked so I had to format and install this compressed (faster) version of Win 10 and it's really nice to work with now. should buy it and delete this junk, install a fresh copy of Pro. Update October 10th: I did the latest possible update by replacing the Lite-On SSD M2 128Gb cloth drive with a Western Digital Blue M2 2280 500Gb drive. Now, with 12GB of RAM and a 500GB M2 SSD, it flies. Mini OS Win 10 Pro starts the system in 12 seconds. Not bad, right?
