I am very happy with this pillow and have been using it every night for three weeks. The pillow comes in a beautiful packaging and is odorless. I was able to use this pillow the same day it was delivered after being in bed for about 6 hours. I sleep on my side and front most of the time and the thickness of this pillow is a little thinner than I would prefer, but I like it thicker than a regular pillow so it might work for most people. I prefer this type of molded pillow over shredded foam pillows because the filling in shredded foam pillows tends to push out after use and needs to be fluffed up to provide the support I need. This pillow provides constant and consistent support for my head and neck. The foam in this pillow has two slightly different densities, with the dark side being slightly stiffer than the back. The foam recovers its shape fairly quickly after you put your head down, so it doesn't distract when you change positions while using the pillow. I used this pillow with a standard size pillowcase. As stated in the description, the cooling properties of this pillow are not critical, but noticeable. I didn't wake up thinking the pillow was warm or uncomfortable. Overall I am very happy with this pillow and would recommend it.
