I bought heather gray and white with stars. After one wash/dry, the star white shrank 3 inches while the heather gray shrank just a little. I was desperate for a long length for my 3 month old who is 25 inches long. The length of the gray is perfect, but the winding mechanism requires some work. The first flop you bet is very short and only over half a child. The second flap you attach is long enough, but it doesn't have enough velcro to attach the wings properly. Baby can take the handspun handles from the side and bring them to the mouth, lifting the whole swaddle suit with it. Several times I found the diapers (still attached with velcro) on his face. This creates a kind of noose around his neck, and it's not secure. Compared to halo diapers, the wings have extra stitching to keep them down, which these diapers don't have. So I use this diaper when I sleep and when I can watch the baby.
