I have a 15 gallon Fluval Flex and needed a bulb change. I thought I'd try. The flex cover has plastic brackets for factory lighting. I was able to use them to install this light fixture. The thick cord helps keep it in place. The lighting looks a bit dim for this tank, but I hope it's good enough for my live Christmas tree moss and other small plants. as long as it shines I was hoping I could use my own timer for this light, but the way the on/off is set up that's not possible. So I have to use the factory timer.
