We have had this unit for about 2 months now. First of all, if you need a warm mist, this is NOT the device you need. You need a vaporizer. We bought this warm air blower, but the warm air button does not produce warm air. At best, it's a little less cold. Does it make a lot of fog? Yes / Yes! We wake up every morning with fog in the air, bathroom and toilet. I thought I was dreaming when I woke up the first morning we used it at a height with the bedroom door closed. Unfortunately, a cool mist isn't what you need if you have sinus problems. You want a warm mist. After all, the device is very quiet, easy to use and stays pretty clean. The on/off light on the unit CANNOT be turned off and I'll tell you that it illuminates the entire room. So I use an old room key/credit card to block the light and it works really well. There is a light illuminating the tank that can be turned off. I probably wouldn't buy it again as it doesn't really help with dry sinuses.
