Review on Woodlands Diapers Inserts Noras Nursery by Jill Lee

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Cute, stable, high quality, economical.

Okay, that will take a long time, but as a new mother and cloth diaper, I'm very happy that I've already found these diapers. I have to say I haven't tried all brands. Every family will have their favorite brand/style and what works for one child may not work for another but for me and mine these are our favorites! However, these are our favorite diapers! We put the prefold on top, but I like being able to stuff in the future. They have more attractive colors and patterns than many other brands. The fit suits my baby well - he is long and skinny but now at 5 months he is starting to swell a little and they still fit him well. We used baby sized Rumparooz and Alva for newborns and I really liked the fit of the baby blankets - they are less bulky than Rumparooz. (There are also some jackets that we hate. They just seem cheap and unattractive for some reason. I don't know, I can't explain.) I also liked how they were lined with fabric that was closer to baby's skin touched than the actual lamination. , so I looked for similar ones in larger diapers and found Norah's Nursery. Not that I use pads, but Norah pads feel a lot nicer than Alva Baby because they're made from sustainable bamboo and not microfiber, which is cumbersome to use. Bamboo is made from bamboo, which makes it possible to put pads on it without padding, also because it is a material that, unlike microfiber, can touch the baby's skin. Rumparuz also felt that the rubber band was too bulky and tight, leaving red dents on the child's back. Norah doesn't seem to do it that often. The price is excellent for a set of 7 plus wet/dry bag compared to many other brands. It is convenient that they can be bought as a set and not individually. We use covers once and then wash them, which is good for us, but for people who prefer wipe clean and reusable covers, this may not be the best option. (I've found that wiping and replacing diaper covers makes my baby stink faster, so I prefer to use a new cover each time.) Cloth seems to hold the mess up better than rumarooz, i. H. No substance. Without a cloth, they are a little easier to wash off with feces (bidet spray), but not by much. We haven't had any crazy poop leaks and only seem to lose Pip if we wait too long to change him or if he does a lot of walking around while he's in his activity center or stretcher from being held around his hips and butt will - if that makes sense. Essentially no crazy leaks as long as it changes regularly, which should be done anyway haha. I bought four 7 packs. I had an issue with the bundle in the Cali Coastal packaging; 2 diapers are layered after a few weeks and the 3rd seems to be eventually. However, I contacted the company and they responded quickly and replaced the packaging. My other styles were fine. It was probably just a bad batch, but just in case I went with a different style. So now, with 33 diapers total, I wash them twice a week. Although 28 covers was more than enough haha. (For new parents: We had about 20 newborn blankets and I washed them every other day. Babies change fewer diapers as they get older, so 20 might be more than enough. I prefer to wash more for larger loads.) I do laundry . in an intensive wash with prewash and extra warm wash and then hang to dry. We used Dreft and added some Borax because we have very hard water and vinegar as a plasticizer. In the meantime they have probably been washed about 20 times and are in excellent condition (apart from one mismatch). They dry very quickly and hang up. Oh, and they stack well! Unlike Rumparusa. Oh, and I've washed the diaper liners regularly with other clothes just to get them ready in case we later decide to cancel our service, and after five washes they look almost brand new. Finally, the company seems to genuinely care about sustainability. with minimal plant wrapping and bamboo inserts. So yes!
