I like how easy it was to set up our first campaign with them! The customer service has been great so far as well - they are always quick at responding when we have questions or issues/bugs during setup of campaigns etc., which helps us get things going quickly without having any headaches down-the road from not understanding what's happening behind the scenes (which happens sometimes). We haven't used all their tools yet but some look very useful for automating tasks across multiple platforms such as HubSpot CRM integration into Mailchimp newsletters via Zapier integrations would be nice too if this were possible; however there may already exist products out there doing these types of actions instead? If you're looking more specifically towards lead management / nurturing then definitely use Syncup because everything seems really organized & cleanly laid out once signed off by an account manager who will guide your through each step needed throughout initial.
