Not Practically Perfect! Not Even Close!

This set is terrible. The hat is thin felt and was so smashed and wrinkled that we were unable to use it. Total waste of money. The scarf is very thin. My daughter wore it because we didn't have time to get anything else. She couldn't wear the hat though. It was horrible. We ended up getting a hat a Goodwill and plastic daisies at Hobby Lobby and making a better hat.

Pros
