I'll start by saying I had pretty low expectations for this. I've committed to drinking 64 ounces of water before drinking any other beverage (besides morning coffee as that's the first thing to do). the price varies for me. When I received the bottle it came in a nice box that matched the bottle. It was bubble wrapped and the extra tops were individually bubble wrapped. This made my daughter happy because she has more blisters to burst. There were no bad smells when I opened it and it even included an extra straw which was a nice touch. I didn't try any hot drinks, just water from the fridge. So far I'm sitting here at 2pm with my water added at 8am and the water temp stays the same. It's not room temperature, which I like. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and am considering getting one for my daughter.
