Not only for training! I have multiple sclerosis and recently had a symptom where the skin on the groin area of my legs seems to burn when the seams of clothing touch it. I've tried everything for the past six months to make the (lower) pant even remotely acceptable and that has been mostly linen. Enter Blue Steel! I'm going through this like water and wish they sold a larger size but other than that it CHANGED MY LIFE!
