This was preloaded, love this product! It has many different vibration modes (short vibrations, long vibrations, many short fast vibrations, etc., and many different vibration strengths. Haven't left it on yet to see how long it lasts, but so far I've left it on, it seems until good to hold a charge now!No problem - the noise level seems pretty good, I don't think you'll hear it in large bedrooms, but in smaller rooms like the bathroom you can hear a "hum" It's a lot smooth and soft and has a soft velvet pouch which I really like!
