Review on LINENSPA Shredded Moldable Fluffable Customizable Hypoallergenic Standard by Michele Rutland

My pillows first came in a box with heavy items packed on top of the pillows, which only solved additional problems as one side of the box was dented and with widespread rain set the table. I used to buy adjustable memory foam pillows and really liked them (lasted a few years too). I tend towards organic or bamboo regulated. However, they were daily and I thought they would be a great extra pillow, if any. Instead, the "adjustable" option doesn't help. These pillows were never filled, despite all the beating and shaping instructions. I've tried waiting as an option and maybe it will take shape. Instead, they feel like a fluffy alternative style that literally doesn't support my neck and gives me a massive headache. So my personal experience: no need to pull the padding to lower it as it sits flat, no support as advertised for the neck and lower back; therefore it has no comfort functions for me. The softness is there like it's a flat marshmallow lol. Overall disappointed, Revain customer for over 15 years and also a raving reviewer. I'm tired of some third party vendors betting that you won't return a product you're unhappy with because they know they make it more of a hassle, take longer, and don't often refund directly to your account, but instead issue a store credit offer for reinstatement. I also find it insulting for those of us who are disabled and rely heavily on honest descriptions, the manufacturer of the product, what it is made of etc. to know that we cannot come in person and then with the disability card slowly end up waiting for weeks. sinks!
