When the turbo boost is on at a frequency of 3.8Ghz, the temperature does not rise above 55 degrees . Most likely it's a cooler or bad paste, or they pour it over half a tube))) The radiator is IceHammer, with an external cooler speed controller, at a minimum of 56 degrees, maximum 54 , 20 minutes test, normal flight!
