Excellent customer service

The stool is great for my daughter! We were supposed to get 2 replacements but in the end it turned out that you can't screw the legs too tight or the plastic will break. But both Revine and the seller quickly replaced the product. I've tried a few stools for my special needs daughter and this is the only one that allowed her to stand up and exit the toilet on her own!
