The product came in a plastic bag. Neither plus nor minus. This reduces plastic waste, although personally I fear damage in transit this way. The mic seems clear and easy to set up to fit in my mouth. The speaker quality is good. I'm not an audiophile. I don't use them for music but for watching tech videos at work. For that he was more than adequate. The only complaint I have is that I can't give it 5 stars. But I don't see that as a big problem. It basically escapes my ears and my head. It feels like the ear pads are slowly slipping off my ears over the course of a few hours. And every time I lean on them, they've slipped off.
