Review on Optimized Fox Outdoor Departure Shoulder Bag by Rob Vizitei

I bought this case to use as a wallet. It is securely made and as described. However, this description is rather vague, so here is some more information. The manufacturer's website lists the measurements as 8 1/2" x 12" x 4". That's pretty accurate. It runs higher than 8 1/2" because the width hangs down at the top when the bag isn't is filled. My bag was a little narrower than 12 inches, but made up for that by being over 4 inches deeper, which doesn't include the front pockets. (All of my measurements are wrong due to using a rigid ruler.) The front clasp is magnetic, which is what I was hoping for. The inner pocket is flat zipped, the fabric is slightly thinner than the thick material of the rest of the bag and hangs from the fastener on the upper spine of the main compartment. It measures 7 1/2" W x 5" H with a usable width of 6 1/2" due to the finish. The strap is 1 1/2" wide with a maximum length of approximately 60" and a minimum length of about 38". You can reduce this minimum by about 3 inches by removing the shoulder pad. The ring and belt buckle are painted black. This bag seems to last forever even if I don't mind my wallet. All in all, it's perfect for my ironically ugly wallet.
