I picked this one based on someone else's review and the guy seemed pretty convincing. But this is the second one I've actually seen in person, and it may not be as good as the one that cost around $40. It seems to be stopped without even completing a shave! What I like about it is the little curves on the back that give you good control. The verdict has not yet been made for me, but the conclusion so far is not worth the money. Update: I got a hand restored vintage Genco on eBay. There were pros and cons too, and this one seems sharper than that. Many factors influence this. Technique, hair type, the sharper it is, the easier it is to chip. turns the art of shaving into a hobby and learning experience of sorts. Try more than one razor and have fun! Another update: the base of the blade closest to the scales is too blunt. Looks like it hasn't been fully sharpened. That keeps it from 4 or 5 stars.
