I wish I could give these scissors 5 stars but I can't! I'm a swimwear designer, I bought a pair of long scissors about 15 years ago and I really like them, they're the best, they cut SO smooth and can be used for a long time before needing to be sharpened (they require special scissors by the way). Sharpener technology with diamond sharpening blade!) I found them here at Revain so I bought a few extra pairs, they are shorter blades (6"?), the bottom blade isn't smooth or rounded at the tip, they is really sharp grips EVERY inch when cutting smooth fabrics like spandex, lycra and lining! I'll give them to my scissor friend to see if he can smooth down the bottom blade tip like a longer set.
