I used them for tennis and skiing. My biggest complaint is tightening the moans. As a person with an extra seat pack, this area is insufficient and therefore uncomfortable. Otherwise, the compression ratio is just right for me somewhere else. They don't provide insulation when skiing, so I wore long underwear over them to keep warm. They did well in tennis. I lowered my rating to three stars because I expected more manly comfort for the price.
