I expected more. I love that it feels light on the back and I think the sizing is perfect, I just really hated that color, it wasn't very feminine or flattering on me. I'm short and I feel like it makes me look smaller. It's also not great if you travel with it, I think a more compact backpack like the ones that expand and attach to carry-on, handbag or even another backpack is better. I like hiking, but I live in Florida so I have to fly wherever I want. I took it on a snowboard and it held up pretty well, I would say it wasn't the right pack for my specific needs. As a traveler, you should try different backpacks to see what works best for you. Spending money on a backpack that I will most likely never use again or will likely give to a family or friend just sucks.
