Customer service not great.
In general I like the bedding. Cute print and I love that it's a quilted material that's a lot easier to clean than their previous blanket. However, as soon as I opened it, I noticed some flaws in the fabric. I contacted the company twice via Revain message but never received a reply. So I like it, but the customer service could be much better.
