Bought this for my wife who loves hats and uses bluetooth headphones all the time. I am very satisfied with both the quality of the built-in Bluetooth headset and the hat itself. It has a very nice leather tag that contains the controls of the device. The electronics can be easily removed to wash the hat. The device can also be charged through a small hole in the hat. My only complaint would be that there is a constant blue light when I'm using it. In real life, however, it's ALMOST not as bright as it seems on the phone. And my wife doesn't care at all. The indicator may also be red when low, not paired, or in pairing mode (it will flash blue and red). Overall she is very satisfied and has been wearing them all the time since she bought them.
