Review on Radiant Rosy Glow: Neutrogena Healthy Skin Powder Blush Makeup Palette with Vitamin C and Botanical Conditioners for a Blendable, Buildable Application by Amanda Collins

This is a beautiful shimmering blush that has a very natural look. I have fair, oily skin, so I need to use a matte foundation to combat skin issues. It makes me look dry and dead so I rely on lightly shimmery blushes and highlighters to bring volume back to my skin and it does! Rosy-10 is a light pink peach shade. The formula is very soft, blendable and easy to apply on the cheeks. I find it more pigmented and less powdery than my other drugstore blushes, but never overdone or clownesque. I also have Bronzed - 40, which is a warm bronzer with a touch of shimmer (but no shimmer on skin). They merge seamlessly and make a great combination. I will not buy other shades as they are too dark.
