These Neewer LED video lights are just what I needed for my conference call. Lights me up at only 50% intensity. Sitting, they are almost at eye level. It locks into place by twisting the extension. The tripod legs are removable, leaving the foam grip and wrist strap. I don't need it for my projects, but someone might want to keep the light on for filming. These aren't big lights, they are light and small to light up small projects or video conferences. You will also need a dual-port USB charger.
