Extremely well-designed microsystem; the quality-to-cost ratio of the used materials (mainly metal) is astounding. Only in science fiction could something like this exist, but now it's a reality. I doubt anything else will come close to it for a very long time, unless it's another Bose (after all, the firm is famous for this). What was their secret? benefiting from: The sound quality, portability, design, materials, craftsmanship, structural stability (thanks to the weight and rubber base at the bottom), battery life, docking station and the ability to charge directly through the charger (travel option), relatively quick charging, speedy pairing with signal sources via Bluetooth, and the ability to connect via line-in (mini-jack) are all strong points. Against it: SoundLink Mini lacks the industry standard for such devices, which includes a hands-free mode and the ability to control playback from the speaker itself.
