Review on πŸŽ™οΈ NEEWER Adjustable Microphone Suspension Boom Scissor Arm Stand - Red: Max 1 KG Load for Radio Broadcasting, Voice-Over, Stage, TV Stations - Compatible with Blue Yeti Snowball Yeti X and more! by Joseph Hill

Revainrating 1 out of 5

EDIT: Dangerous Oversight - Loose Springs

Holds AT2020 XLR with no issues. Easily adjustable and removable if necessary. EDIT: I changed my rating from 5 stars to 1. After using this lever regularly for several months, the springs became loose and didn't stick to the pins on the sides like Well did. I adjusted it one night and one of the springs broke off with such force that it left deep marks on my wall. Luckily it didn't hit my computer, monitors or me! I immediately removed all springs safely and used them until a replacement came. Be careful, they are very strong springs for no apparent reason. I downgraded my rating to one star as hitting it in the face exactly where the mic is could seriously hurt someone! At the very least, it can damage recording devices, expensive PC parts, etc. I would not recommend this product as you could accidentally fly with a feather flying through your room with considerable force.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No automation

Clamp is way to small & it's not for a quality studio mic
