My cat loves this scratching post! It immediately became one of his favorite vacation spots. The only problem is that my cat is an 18lb Norwegian Forest cat and was almost impossible to get hold of. He liked the bed so much we ended up buying a second one, using cement glue (throw out your super glue, it's a must have in my house) to glue the two together and then hot gluing a non-slip drawer liner. below so that it does not slip on the parquet floor. It fits much better and continues to use it every day! If you're thinking of trying this inverted cat tree, you can't. It has scratchy cardboard on the bottom, but its construction doesn't make it strong enough to withstand a cat when turned upside down.
