Our neighbors have a chihuahua that barks and barks and barks and barks (you get the point) I talk for about 30 minutes at a time (how is that even possible? I say this little dog never loses his voice! It saved my sanity and my grades because now I can study in peace! I know it looks cheap but it works! We have a black one (not sure about the other one).
