Everything is fine in the product. The only thing is that they changed the design of the legs, the color of the fabric and the screws are different. The two I bought first don't match the two I bought just a week or two later. Featuring light gray fabric and wider legs, the design has round rubber pads at the bottom that fall off instantly. The dark gray fabric design with thinner legs has felt pads at the bottom that still hold up well (pads that fit over the bottom of the legs to prevent scratching the floor). I bought all four - larger square hammocks, not round ones. So I'm not sure what's up with the different designs. Cats using these hammocks weigh 14-16 pounds, I put a folded towel on top, a small blanket will do too.
