I recently ordered this test kit to try out all (or most) of these guys different scents. I've already tried a few so I knew they were great but thought what a perfect way to try a few. Well I received my order and found that I received two sets of duplicate flavors and I was missing two flavors that should have been. Come. Nothing special as the two doubles that came up are pretty good, but I was a bit frustrated that I couldn't try the other two. As I work in an industry that values bug tracking as an opportunity for improvement, I decided to write them a note to let them know what happened. Like I said, I love their products so I didn't ask for a refund or refund, just let them know. So I check my mail two days later and what do I find? Priority delivered the package with my two missing oils/balms. And a cool metal beard comb to say sorry. That's customer service and they have earned my loyalty with their amazing customer service.
