I didn't notice any pump increase. Too clumpy, doesn't even mix.
I do not usually review supplements because they are all well received and advertised. However, this pre-workout powder has become very clumpy and has likely been exposed to moisture at some point. I was able to break it with a knife and shovel after repeated jabs. For this reason the powder is not completely soluble in water. Also, I never felt like I got such a big pump from him at the gym. I've tried many stimulant-free pre-workouts but this was my last. For 40β¬ I would have expected much better quality.
