Not sure how to feel

I originally bought this because I thought I could get more food for my two cats from this stuff than regular cans. When I originally calculated I should have been fed food for two cats under 10 pounds for about 27-30 days. But when I used it I only got about 20 days of nutrition for both, which isn't bad, but just not what I was looking for. My cats didn't hate it, but they didn't like it. I noticed that after adding water and letting it sit and hydrate, the food was still almost "cemented", just very thick and pasty, but not in a good way. I also noticed that there were a lot of very hard bits, I can only imagine they were shredded chicken bones and some of the greens in there just weren't hydrated properly and my cat threw up. Because of all of these things combined, super hard mystery bits, super hard chunks of veggies, and an odd texture that kept getting thick and not economical for me either, I won't be buying anything for my cats anymore.

Pros
  • FULL OF PROTEIN AND FLAVOR: This recipe contains free range chickens and is free of grains and feed additives. It's made from real whole-food ingredients that are gently dehydrated for maximum flavor, nutrient retention, and ease of digestion.
